Which countries do you ship to?
We ship everywhere on planet Earth! All international shipments are delivered duty-paid (DDP), meaning all applicable taxes and customs fees are included in the price.
What is your fulfillment and delivery timeline?
Each product is individually made to order to maintain sustainability and high quality:
- Fulfillment Time: Orders take up to 20 business days to manufacture, inspect, and package for shipping. Items marked Pre-order may take up to 35 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once handed over to the carrier, international transit takes 7 to 10 business days.
What is a pre-order?
Items marked Pre-order on the product page and in your cart have a longer lead time and may take up to 35 business days to fulfill, plus 7 to 10 business days of transit.
Can I get my in-stock items sooner?
By default, orders with both pre-order and regular items ship together once everything is ready. If you'd rather not wait, you can choose in the cart to ship available items now and pre-order items separately, at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order before it is fulfilled?
For customers outside the EU, UK, EEA, and Mainland China, all sales are final once placed, and orders cannot be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Customers in statutory jurisdictions (EU, UK, EEA, Mainland China) may exercise their legal pre-fulfillment cancellation rights by contacting support.
Can I make changes (size, address) to my order after placing it?
Orders are placed into our manufacturing queue immediately. While we cannot guarantee order modifications after purchase, if you notice an error in your shipping address or size selection, please contact us immediately. We will accommodate changes where operationally possible before production or dispatch occurs.
What is your return policy?
Because all products are custom made to order, sales are final for customers outside the EU, UK, EEA, and Mainland China. Customers in statutory jurisdictions have 14 days from delivery to request a statutory return. All products worldwide are covered by our 12-month Limited Product Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
