What is your fulfillment time?
Each product is individually made to order, to minimize production waste and guarantee quality standards are met. Therefore when your order is submitted in our production timeline, your products will be shipped within 20 business days. After your order has left our production center, expect another 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Can I make changes to my order before it’s fulfilled?
We can generally accommodate order changes before the order is fulfilled. This may not always be possible and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
