Refund policy
1. General Policy: All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or size exchanges for:
- Change-of-mind or change of personal style preference.
- Incorrect size selections or fit issues.
2. Mandatory Exception: Defective or Faulty Items
If your footwear arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if we shipped the incorrect item, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue to [Insert Support Email/Link] within 14 days of delivery (7 days for consumers in Mainland China) of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.
- Evidence Requirement: Your email must include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic or video proof of the defect.
- Resolution: Once verified by our team, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement pair at our expense.
2.1 What Qualifies as a "Defective Item"
Because footwear manufacturing involves meticulous assembly, hand-stitching, and natural materials, minor cosmetic variances are normal. To ensure fairness, we classify items based on strict structural integrity guidelines.
What IS Covered (Eligible for Faulty Return):
- Structural Failure: Complete separation of the sole from the upper shoe body.
- Broken Hardware: Snapped buckles, broken zippers, or detached eyelets prior to any wear.
- Severe Asymmetry: Major structural differences in length, width, or shape between the left and right shoe of the same pair.
- Severe Discoloration: Drastic, unintentional color mismatches across the two shoes.
What IS NOT Covered (Classified as Normal Variance; Final Sale):
- Removable Cosmetic Imperfections: Loose threads, minor glue residue along the sole line, or lint that can be wiped away.
- Natural Material Marks: Minor color variations, natural wrinkles, scars, or texture shifts inherent to genuine leather, suede, and textiles.
- Fit and Comfort Variances: Minor fit preferences or a shoe feeling "too tight" or "too loose" despite matching our published size chart dimensions.
- Wear and Tear: Scuffs, scratches, creasing, or damage caused by improper fit, improper usage, or incorrect cleaning methods after delivery.
3. Special Regional Exceptions (EU, UK, Mainland China)
Local consumer protection laws in specific jurisdictions (including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Mainland China) mandate a statutory right to cancel distance-selling contracts. If you are a resident purchasing from these specific regions, you may return your items under the following strict conditions:
- Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery (7 days for consumers in Mainland China).
- Condition of Items: Footwear must be completely unworn, unaltered, uncreased, and in its original, undamaged shoe box with all protective tissue and tags intact. Shoes returned with scuffed soles, dirty outsoles, or creased leather will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
4. Mandatory Shipping Instructions for Returns
If you qualify for a return under Section 3, you are fully responsible for the logistics and costs of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
- Customer Pays Shipping: You must arrange and pay for your own trackable, international shipping service. We highly recommend using a courier with signature verification (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
- Strict DDP Requirement (Delivered Duty Paid): You must instruct your courier to ship the package via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You are entirely responsible for paying all international shipping costs, customs duties, clearing fees, and local Hong Kong taxes upfront.
- Rejected Shipments: Any return package shipped via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), or arriving at our warehouse with outstanding customs fees, duties, or taxes, will be automatically refused by our receiving team and returned to you at your expense.
5. How to Initiate an Authorized Return
If you are located in a region listed under Section 3 and meet all criteria, follow these steps:
- Email support @ supplier.earth with your order number and request a return authorization.
- Once authorized, secure the shoes inside their original box, and place the shoe box inside a protective shipping container (mailing bag or outer box). Do not stick shipping labels directly onto the shoe box.

- Once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
6. Limited Product Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship and provide a 12-Month Limited Warranty on all footwear products from the original date of delivery.
- What is covered: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (such as unglued outsoles, broken eyelets, or stitching unraveling prematurely under normal usage conditions).
- What is excluded: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, unauthorized alterations, normal cosmetic aging, or standard wear-and-tear accumulated over time.
- Regional statutory rights: For consumers residing in jurisdictions with mandatory longer statutory guarantee periods (such as the European Union's 2-year legal conformity requirement), our liability will extend to comply with your local minimum laws.
