If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check the delivery location and any household or building mail areas first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. While we will assist where possible, carrier delays and losses are handled according to the carrier’s own investigation process.
Failed Deliveries and Returns
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, any reshipment may require an additional shipping fee. If a refund is approved for a returned order, original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in our return policy.
